CREAN ADDS LITHUANIAN GUARD TO 2018 CLASS

Tom Crean has gone to the interantional waters to find his last commitment to the 2018 class in Ignas Sargiuanas.


Tom Crean has been so busy getting aclamated with his new role as the UGA basketball Head Coach, people started to wonder if he'd been on the recruiting trail?




Sargiunas picked Georgia over SMU and Arizona State. At 6-foot-4, 192 pounds, The 18-year old averaged 10.3 points, 2.7 assists, and two rebounds with a .48 FG % for Zalgiris' 2, the second-team of the EuroLeague club.


Sargiuanas joins small forward JoJo Toppins, combo guard Tye Fagan, and power forward Amanze Ngumezi, a class that was ranked No. 51 in the country before the addition of Sargiunas. His addition also fills Georgia's final scholarship for 2018.
