DAWG NEWS DAILY'S 2019 SEASON PREDICTIONS

The UGA program is in a position they haven't been in for quite some time. They are now in the upper echelon of teams in college football. Alabama, Clemson, and UGA are in a class of their own. The Bulldogs are coming off a 11-3 record and a #7 final ranking in 2018. The Bulldogs are ranked #3 in the preseason coaches and AP poll. Georgia's expectations are at a championship or bust level! UGA loses a lot from the 2018 squad, the Jim Thorpe Award Winner (Deandre Baker) and their top 5 pass catchers from last season. Should Bulldog Nation worry?

Talent is plenty in Athens, but there is a lot of youth as well. The Offense line looks to be the strength of the team in the preseason with what all is returning. The defensive side of the ball is young, but has a some upperclassmen in key positions to help balance out the inexperience. The young Dawgs will need to grow up quick as they have a tough road test the the 1st week of the season at Vanderbilt. The schedule is very manageable with some possible trap games Missouri and Tennessee throughout.

Below we take a stab at Georgia's record, some personal stats on the offensive side of the ball and where the Bulldogs end up at the end of the year!
